Straddle Lift

Step 1:  Place feet should width apart with a weight plate under each foot.

Step 2: Place a dumbell weight between both feet .

Step 3: Squat down keep your back straight and bending at the knees to grab onto the dumbell.

Step 4: Slowly lift the dumbell from the squat back to starting position.

Step 5: Repeat for 3-4 sets performing 8-10 reps.  Stay close to failure while keeping good form and increase weight as needed.
